These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of doodlyco.com and to every purchase from Doodly ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment details you provide are yours or that you are authorized to use them.
2. Products, pictures and pricing
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours, sizes and details may vary slightly from what you see on your screen, and small changes to packaging or included accessories may happen without notice. Prices, offers, countdowns and promotions may change at any time. We may correct pricing or listing errors, and we may cancel and fully refund any order placed at an obviously wrong price.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order (for example for suspected fraud, resale, or a pricing error), and if we do we refund you in full.
4. No cancellations after confirmation
Every order is prepared and allocated to you individually as soon as it is confirmed. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled, changed or refunded after confirmation and before delivery. After delivery, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies under the Refund Policy.
5. Payment
Payment is taken in full when you place your order. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total shown at checkout, including any add-ons you selected.
6. Shipping, delivery times and risk
We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Processing takes up to 7 business days and delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days after shipping. These times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays or other events outside our control do not entitle you to cancel your order or to a refund. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns, refunds and add-ons
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Add-ons and upsells (including the Mystery Box, the 1-Year Warranty and Shipping Protection), shipping fees and free gifts are not refundable.
8. The 1-Year Warranty
If you buy the 1-Year Warranty, it covers manufacturing defects in the Doodly tray and straps for 12 months from the delivery date. If your item is covered, we will send a replacement part or tray at no cost after reviewing photos or a short video of the defect. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, lost items or cosmetic marks, and it is not refundable.
9. Safe use of Doodly
Doodly is a play and activity tray. It is not a safety device and it is not a part of any car seat, stroller or restraint system. Always follow your car seat and stroller manufacturer's instructions, make sure the tray never interferes with the harness or buckles, and supervise children at all times while it is in use. Crayons and small parts are not suitable for children under 3 without close adult supervision. Remove the tray if it gets in the way of the child, the seat or the driver. You use the product at your own risk and are responsible for supervising your child.
10. Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you have any problem with your order, you agree to contact us first at qnnecom@gmail.com and to give us a reasonable chance, of at least 10 business days, to resolve it before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider. If a dispute is opened, we will share your order details, tracking and delivery records, communication history and these Terms with the payment provider. Opening a dispute for an order that was delivered, or for a reason our policies do not cover, may lead us to decline future orders.
11. Reviews and content you send us
If you send us reviews, photos or videos, you allow us to use them, together with your first name and last initial, on our website, social media and ads, without payment. You confirm you have the right to share that content.
12. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, photos, videos, graphics, logos and the Doodly name, belongs to Doodly or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
13. Prohibited use
You may not use the website for anything unlawful, to commit fraud, to interfere with the website's security, or to buy products for unauthorized resale.
14. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the website and products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond those stated in these Terms and our policies.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Doodly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
16. Indemnity
You agree to hold Doodly harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the products or the website, or your breach of these Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you live in a country that gives you mandatory consumer rights, those rights still apply.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
